The 695 CANBus alarm is PFK's flagship CANBus alarm system capable of interacting directly with a vehicles CANBus system and providing both read and write capabilities. This, depending on the particular vehicle, allows for a true 4 wire (CANH, CANL, Power and ground) alarm system. CANBus functionality that is not supported for a particular vehicle may additionally be hard wired.

As a by product of its culture of innovation and through the application of it's rich technological knowledge base, PFK Electronics is proud to announce the launch of the first ever wireless vehicle alcohol interlock (immobilizer) system. The system, named the ALCOWATCH ®, effectively satisfies the growing impetus by Swedish and other European public institutions to reduce alcohol induced automotive accident mortality. In its tradition of pioneering road safety, Sweden is leading such efforts via the drafting of legislation that stipulates the mandatory installation of alcohol interlocks in all vehicles in excess of three tons in weight.

PFK Electronics identified this niche market opportunity, and responded by launching the ALCOWATCH ®. This innovative immobilisation system has already captured a significant slice of this expanding market. Furthermore expressions of interest have been received from mature markets such as the USA, Canada and Australia, where similar road safety programmes have been in existence for a number of years.
